OverAchievers is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization based in Incline Village of business and professional people with a widespread membership. OverAchievers believe in comraderie and jois de vivre in addition to the importance in development of young people to be future leaders. This August 23rd – 25th they will be hosting their annual Invitational Fundraiser. The 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day Golf Tournament will be held at Somersett Country Club in Reno and Old Greenwood in Truckee.
Last year’s successful fundraiser allowed OverAchievers to award four scholarships in 2012. The recipients are graduates of Incline High School and Reno High School who have demonstrated their excellence in academics, a significant community service contribution and the ability to overcome challenging circumstances to succeed.
The deadline for tournament sign-ups is Thursday August 16th.
